Used this product for a month and absolutely LOVED it. The men in my family don't have great posture and I bought this as a preventative and alignment adjuster. I have also been driving and working at a desk more than usual for the past year and was starting to get back pain. It is an amazing piece of engineering and great quality materials. It was a pleasure to use and the back pain went away within a week. I am in pretty good shape and started using it for 5-10 minutes 3x a day, in the morning, after work, and before bed. Unfortunately about a week ago I developed symptoms of acid reflux/GERD/Hiatal Hernia. I am experiencing acid oozing up from my stomach and entering my mouth now and then during the day, and more at night. I went to the doctor and as I had suggested, he agreed that hanging upside down and doing crunches could have caused a Hiatal Hernia. I hate to dissuade anyone with back pain from buying this product because it works and provides instant relief and pleasure from stretching. It can be adjusted to not go a full 180 inversion...
